AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR PHYSICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-10b of the general statutes be amended to require physicians to take continuing medical education courses only in the subject areas most relevant to professional practice and not require physicians to repeat courses in any one subject area.
Statement of Purpose:
To make continuing medical education relevant and pertinent to the medical profession.
