AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUBSTITUTION OF FIRE DRILLS WITH CRISIS RESPONSE DRILLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-231 of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education to substitute one or two fire drills with a crisis response drill during a school year.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow school districts to substitute fire drills with crisis response drills.
