AN ACT CONCERNING INTERNET SERVICES WORK-RELEASE PROGRAMS FOR INMATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Correction to establish or arrange for Internet services employment within a monitored work-release program for inmates of correctional facilities under the supervision of the department.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish Internet services work-release programs for inmates.
