AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN VETERANS WHO SERVED IN A COMBAT ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-61a of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum payment available to an eligible member or veteran who is or was deployed to an area designated as a combat zone by the President of the United States.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum payment available to Connecticut National Guard members who serve in a combat zone.
