AN ACT PROHIBITING HUNTING IN PROXIMITY TO WILDLIFE PRESERVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to adopt regulations that prohibit hunting in proximity to wildlife preserves.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to adopt regulations to prohibit hunting in proximity to wildlife preserves in the state.
