AN ACT PROHIBITING MUNICIPALITIES FROM ADOPTING BREED SPECIFIC DANGEROUS DOG ORDINANCES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit municipalities from adopting breed specific dangerous dog ordinances. Statement of Purpose: To prohibit towns from addressing the issue of dangerous dogs in a breed specific manner.
