AN ACT CONCERNING AUDITS BY PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to regulate pharmacy audits performed by pharmacy benefit managers.
Statement of Purpose:
To regulate pharmacy audits performed by pharmacy benefit managers.
