AN ACT CONCERNING INVESTIGATIVE SUBPOENAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize a state's attorney to serve and use an investigative subpoena.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate prosecutorial investigation of criminal conduct by authorizing a state's attorney to serve and use an investigative subpoena.
