AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE CONCERNING E-GOVERNMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 61 of the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning the establishment of an E-Government Board, the development and implementation of a strategic e-government plan, the development of a marketing strategy concerning the state central Internet web site and the development of an on-line user survey concerning said web site. 

Statement of Purpose: 

To implement the recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning e-government to improve the performance of state government.
