AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR EXAMINING BOARD AND REQUIRING LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS TO BE LICENSED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a landscape contractor examining board and require all persons who advertise, solicit or contract to perform landscape contractor services to be licensed.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote quality in landscaping.
