AN ACT CONCERNING RETROACTIVE TAX INCREASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit application of tax increases retroactively.
Statement of Purpose:
To ban retroactive tax increases.
