AN ACT REQUIRING THE USE OF RETRO-REFLECTIVE PAINT FOR LINES ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to use paint containing retro-reflective glass beads when repainting each solid and dashed line on each state highway.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of retro-reflective paint when repainting solid and dashed lines on all state highways.
