AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSE PARTIES HOSTED BY STATE CONTRACTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 155 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit state contractors and other restricted donors from hosting campaign fundraising house parties.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit state contractors from hosting campaign fundraising house parties.
