AN ACT INCLUDING THE TOWN OF THOMASTON IN THE WATERBURY ENTERPRISE ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-70 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to expand the Waterbury enterprise zone to include the town of Thomaston.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Waterbury enterprise zone to include the town of Thomaston.
