AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN DISCLOSURES BY INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRS AND GLASS WORK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require insurance companies to disclose to an insured the insured's right to choose a motor vehicle repair or glass shop.
Statement of Purpose:
To require insurance companies to disclose to an insured the insured's right to choose a motor vehicle repair or glass shop.
