AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION AND FUNDING OF THE NEW BRITAIN-HARTFORD BUSWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no further funding be directed to the New Britain-Hartford busway project and to prohibit any further construction of said project.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent additional funding for and the continued construction of the New Britain-Hartford busway.
