AN ACT EXPANDING THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION TO INCLUDE VETERANS WHO SERVED DURING A TIME OF HAZARDOUS DUTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the municipal property tax exemption for veterans to include those veterans who served during a time of hazardous duty.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the property tax exemption for veterans to include those who served during a time of hazardous duty.
