AN ACT CONCERNING PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit professional engineer licensees to relinquish their licenses when they leave the state and to allow such licensees to reapply for a new license if they return.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a process for professional engineer license holders to voluntarily relinquish their licenses upon leaving the state.
