AN ACT CONCERNING BED BUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to address the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords in the event of a bed bug infestation.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish landlord and tenant responsibilities in cases of bed bug infestations.
