AN ACT PROVIDING CERTAIN ADULT ADOPTED PERSONS WITH ACCESS TO THEIR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow certain adult adopted persons to access their original birth certificates.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide adult adopted persons with access to their original birth certificates.
