AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES AND WRITTEN JOB ORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require employment agencies and agencies providing personnel services to provide workers with written job orders including the name of the employer, the wage for the job and any applicable safety training prior to the worker beginning their employment with the employer.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect workers seeking employment through employment agencies and agencies providing personnel services.
