AN ACT CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION ASSESSMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require legislative approval prior to any increase in employer unemployment compensation assessments.
Statement of Purpose:
To require General Assembly approval of workers' compensation assessments.
