AN ACT CONCERNING DECISIONS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVISORY HEARINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to require that the decision of a special education advisory hearing be made binding.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the decisions of special education advisory hearings be made binding.
