AN ACT BANNING THE USE OF CERTAIN OUTDOOR WOOD-BURNING FURNACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the use of large outdoor wood-burning furnaces.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage clean air by banning the use of large outdoor wood-burning furnaces.
