AN ACT REQUIRING INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION TO REPORT INSTANCES OF CHILD ABUSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require institutions of higher education to report instances of child abuse and subject an institution of higher education to a civil penalty for failure to report an instance of child abuse.
Statement of Purpose:
To require institutions of higher education to report child abuse.
