AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY SEAWALLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the impact of seawalls in protecting life and property on the shoreline.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study seawalls.
