AN ACT REQUIRING HEIGHT BARRIERS AT ALL ENTRANCES TO THE MERRITT PARKWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to erect height barriers at each entrance ramp to the Merritt Parkway to prevent trucks and oversized vehicles from entering the Merritt Parkway.
Statement of Purpose:
To erect height barriers at each entrance ramp to the Merritt Parkway to prevent certain vehicles from entering the roadway.
