AN ACT REQUIRING INPUT FROM LOCAL MANUFACTURERS IN DEVELOPING MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS AT THE REGIONAL COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require each regional community-technical college to obtain input specific to the workforce needs and opportunities of such college's service area from local manufacturers on developing, revising or expanding such college's manufacturing technology program. Statement of Purpose: To facilitate targeted workforce development.
