AN ACT CONCERNING THE BAN ON ASSAULT WEAPONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53-202a of the general statutes be amended to update the definition of "assault weapon" to include weapons not currently covered in the assault weapon ban.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the public from gun violence by updating the assault weapon ban.
