AN ACT ALLOWING VICTIMS OF IDENTITY THEFT ACCESS TO BANK ACCOUNT FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow victims of identity theft access to bank account funds.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect individuals whose identity has been stolen.
