AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO RENDER DECISIONS WITHIN CERTAIN TIME FRAMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Agriculture to render decisions not later than ninety days after receipt of certain reports on regulatory changes.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Agriculture to render decisions within a certain time frame of receiving certain reports on regulatory changes.
