AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STANDARD OF CARE FOR PERSONS WHO IMPORT, HOUSE AND PLACE RESCUED ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a standard of care for persons who import, house and place rescued animals.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a standard of care for persons who import rescued animals into the state.
