AN ACT CONCERNING OFFERS OF COMPROMISE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Revenue Services to issue standards for the acceptance of offers of compromise.
