AN ACT CONCERNING APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any individual who applies for a temporary permit to carry a pistol or revolver to make such application to the local authority in such individual's town of permanent residence, and to provide that such application may be made only once within any twelve-month period.
Statement of Purpose:
