AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL POSSESSION OR TRANSFER OF A FIREARM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty for the illegal possession of a firearm or the illegal transfer of a firearm to a person not eligible to possess one.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty for the illegal possession of a firearm or the illegal transfer of a firearm to a person not eligible to possess one.
