AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS NEAR PRIVATE RESIDENCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a criminal penalty for any person who discharges a firearm within five hundred feet of a private residence.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a criminal penalty for any person who discharges a firearm within five hundred feet of a private residence.
