AN ACT CONCERNING FILING FEES FOR ELECTRONIC FILING BY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES AND LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 34-112 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the twenty-dollar annual filing fee for limited liability companies and limited partnerships that file their annual reports with the office of the Secretary of the State electronically.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the twenty-dollar fee for LLCs and LLPs that file their annual reports electronically.
