(By Request) AN ACT CONCERNING THE KNOWLEDGE TEST REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to include thirty-five questions on the knowledge test taken by applicants for a motor vehicle operator's license and to provide that any such applicant who answers twenty-five or more of such questions correctly shall receive a passing score on such test. Statement of Purpose: To provide that twenty-five or more correct answers to thirty-five questions shall constitute a passing score on the motor vehicle operator's license knowledge test.
