AN ACT CONCERNING AN APPROPRIATION FOR VICTORY GARDENS IN NEWINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2013) The sum of two hundred thirty thousand dollars is appropriated to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, to fund case management services at Victory Gardens on the United States Department of Veterans Affairs' Newington campus.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for case management services at Victory Gardens, a supportive housing project for homeless veterans and families at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs' Newington campus.
