AN ACT CONCERNING ACTIONS AGAINST SCHOOL SECURITY CONSULTANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to hold harmless any school security consultant and provide such school security consultant with a special defense against any action for damages arising out of a school security plan or design created by such school security consultant for a school or school district.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the hiring of professional school security consultants.
