AN ACT CONCERNING SELF-STORAGE FACILITY LIENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to modernize self-storage facility lien laws, including notification and advertising requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To modernize self-storage facility lien laws.
