AN ACT ELIMINATING DISTINCTIONS BETWEEN WARTIME AND PEACETIME VETERANS WITH RESPECT TO VETERANS' BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate all distinction between those veterans who served in time of war and those who did not for veterans' benefits purposes
Statement of Purpose:
To allow all veterans, regardless of whether they served in time of war, to receive veterans' benefits.
