AN ACT CONCERNING DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LICENSE RENEWALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 20-335 of the general statutes be amended to provide a three-year grace period for licensees who have failed to renew their licenses.

Statement of Purpose: 

To provide a three-year grace period for certain occupational license holders who have failed to renew their licenses.
