AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF MOTOR VEHICLE RECORDS THROUGH THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to share motor vehicle records with the criminal justice information system.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that motor vehicle records be available to authorized parties through the criminal justice information system.
