AN ACT CONCERNING NOTIFICATION TO NONCUSTODIAL PARENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-103b of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Children and Families to notify a noncustodial parent whenever such parent's child is interviewed or involved with an investigation by said department.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Children and Families to notify noncustodial parents of investigations involving their children.
