AN ACT CONCERNING THE SITING COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Connecticut Siting Council to adhere to restrictions imposed on projects by the legislative body of a municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To give towns greater control over projects considered by the Connecticut Siting Council.
