AN ACT CONCERNING FEES TO ESTABLISH HISTORIC DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 97a of the general statutes be amended to allow a municipality to charge a fee for the processing of an application to establish an historic district.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to cover the cost of processing applications to establish historic districts.
