AN ACT CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY-RELATED TECHNOLOGIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2013) The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall initiate a docket to develop energy-related technologies. The authority shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such docket to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to technology on or before February 1, 2014.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To determine how to continue the development of energy-related technologies in the state.
