AN ACT CONCERNING STATE-WIDE TRANSPORTATION ISSUES AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STATE-WIDE PORT AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Department of Economic and Community Development and other stakeholders, shall develop policies for the initiation of a state-wide port authority.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
