AN ACT CONCERNING FORECLOSURE WHEN LEGAL TITLE HAS NOT BEEN CONVEYED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 49-17 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective October 1, 2013)

Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the statutory provision concerning foreclosure by a person to whom the legal title to the mortgaged premises has not been conveyed.
